I got some metal keychains from them, not pins, but the quality was solid. Way better than some random Etsy seller. I'd say comparable to Custom Ink, maybe a step up from Vistaprint for specialized stuff.

Production usually takes a bit, then shipping. Mine for a school event took about 2-3 weeks total to get to California. NYC might be a bit faster on shipping, but I'd factor in 2 weeks production time.

They usually give you an estimated date when you're checking out, after you finalize the design. They can do rush orders too, but it costs extra afaik.
